John H. Gallant

John H. Gallant is the Vice President of H & G Structures, Inc. and had functioned as President since the companies inception in July of 1980. He has served the construction industry as a member of the AGC Board and in committees that helped in the formulation of laws through bills passed by the State Legislature for  Workman’s Compensation and  The Florida Lien law.  He directed H & G Structures, Inc to serve the needs of his clients and the community with a quality product, delivered in a timely manner. Sales and completed operations reached over $32,000,000 a year in the early 1990s.  Today the firm now specializes in remodel and renovation of large box commercial structures; hospitals, medical / dental clinics and rehabilitation facilities; ; tenant build out; adult congregate living facilities; churches, theaters, and tilt wall industrial structures. Prior to starting H & G Structures, served as controller and chief financial officer for a $20,000,000/year contracting firm. He is, or has been a licensed contractor in over 30 States and is a license a Florida Real Estate Broker.    Education: AA- San Bernardino Valley College; BA-UC Long Beach; MPA- Golden Gate University; LLB-LaSalle Extension University.

John V. Gallant is President of H & G Structures, Inc. Following enlistment in The US Marine Corps, John worked as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and Vice President . He has over 25 years of supervisory experience in the construction of Adult Congregate Living Facilities; Medical and Dental offices and clinics;   Shopping Center construction and renovation; Interior Build-outs and Exterior Façades; Restaurants, and Large Box remodels.  B.S. Food and Resource Economics, M.S. International Real Estate. John V. Gallant qualifies the firm as a Certified General Contractor and also as a SD-VOSB, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

H & G Structures, employs project managers and superintendents who are individually selected and assigned to projects based on each project’s specific needs. We are proud to employ a select group of seasoned office and field supervisory personnel with a wide range of experience, from foremen specializing in small projects to senior superintendents with a proven track record managing large construction projects. Many of our staff members are licensed general contractors.
